How the platform supports the journey
Readiness evidence helps teams deliver on time. It is distinct from the final pitch decision that recognizes five winning teams.
- 1
Create an account and participant profile
Provide the identity and institution details required for affiliation review.
- 2
Choose your team path
Invite your existing teammates or choose to find a team. Invited members complete personal details without creating a new project.
- 3
Use optional matching support
Opt in to explainable recommendations based on track, role and skill fit.
- 4
Form your shared team
Students from participating institutions can join the same team while keeping their own academic affiliations.
- 5
Develop one team project
Collaborate on the shared project and its supporting files instead of duplicating the idea for every member.
- 6
Submit, pitch and celebrate
Deliver the open-source package, present the project and recognize five winners.
