A clear start

From your profile to a shared team project in four focused steps.

Complete your profile, use optional skills-based matching, invite your teammates or find a team, and develop your shared project online by 18 September.

  1. Complete your participant profile

Create your account and enter your academic details, skills and interests in English. Joining an existing team does not require a new project idea.

  2. Verify and find a fit

After affiliation review, opt in to explainable recommendations based on tracks, skills and project needs.

  3. Invite your team or find one

Share an invitation link with your teammates, or browse projects and chat with participants from the same or different participating institutions.

  4. Build one shared project

Develop your team's project together, add supporting files and prepare it for judging. Each teammate completes only their own personal profile.

Three directions

One team. One challenge. Real applied learning.
